When drilling at greater depths (over 50 meters), the ZLJ grouting drill rig has a greater chip removal capacity than drill rigs using pump suction or jet reverse circulation, making it suitable for deep wells, arid regions with water scarcity, and permafrost layers in cold climates.

The main applications of the grouting drill rig include grouting for ground reinforcement, grouting for borehole reinforcement, grouting treatment for highway subgrade settlement, lightweight high-pressure rotary jet grouting for railway subgrade reinforcement, specialized grouting machines for subgrade reinforcement, and building grouting.

PRODUCT DETAILS

1. Rotary assembly: Machined in one piece by a machining center to ensure coaxiality.
2. The TQPEA-0015 half-ring is processed through multiple steps including straightening, quenching, surface grinding, and wire cutting to ensure product reliability and interchangeability.
3. Gears: The meshing clearance is guaranteed to be ≤10μm.
4. Overflow valves, multi-way directional control valves, and throttle valves are all supplied by major domestic manufacturers.
5. Jaws: Made of bearing steel, with a quenching hardness of over 60 HRC, improving wear resistance and extending service life.
6. Hoses are supplied by brand manufacturers that meet coal mine safety standards.
7. The drilling rig chassis can be customized according to the customer’s actual needs.
