The ZDY1300 Coal Mine Tracked Full Hydraulic Roadway Drill is a compact underground drilling machine developed for coal mine roadways where working space is limited. Its small footprint and tracked design make it suitable for drilling operations in narrow underground environments.

Compact Design for Narrow Coal Mine Roadways

The ZDY1300 has an overall length of approximately 3.2 metres and a body width of about 1 metre. It can move and operate in roadways as narrow as 1.4 metres, making access possible where larger drilling rigs may be difficult to manoeuvre. The steel crawler tracks provide stable traction on uneven underground surfaces. The rig can negotiate slopes of up to 20°, allowing it to move between different working areas without requiring external towing equipment.

Practical Hydraulic Drilling Configuration

The rig adopts a full hydraulic drive system for drilling and machine movement. A dedicated gripper is fitted to the drilling assembly, while the modular structure makes the equipment easier to dismantle when transportation through restricted areas is required. The centralised control panel places the main operating functions within easy reach, helping operators control drilling and machine movement from one position.
