Product Introduction

The ZQJC series pneumatic frame-mounted drilling rig is specially designed for underground roadways where power supply is not applicable. It features cylinder tensioning, forward and reverse rotation, and uses a pneumatic motor to drive the rack for feed and retraction. This equipment is lightweight, safe, portable and easy to maintain, which greatly reduces workers’ labor intensity.

Scope of Application

This machine is mainly used for geological coal seam detection, water and gas detection drilling, coal seam water injection drilling and pressure relief hole drilling.

• Modular design for easy disassembly; each component weighs less than 50 kg after disassembly, facilitating quick transportation and movement, and reducing labor intensity.
• The unique design of the rotary control valve enables stepless speed regulation of rotary motion and stepless adjustment of feed thrust, making hole alignment and drilling more convenient, and drill rod loading and unloading faster.
• Equipped with an independent feed motor, it provides high feed force and low failure rate; the ratio of rotation speed to feed rate can be adjusted by controlling the air intake.
• With high torque and high rotation speed, as well as automatic drill rod unloading function, it increases drilling efficiency by 50%.
• The guide rail and prop can realize 360° rotation, with the drilling angle adjustable within ±90°, which greatly saves time and labor.
• Multiple prop configurations are available, enabling easy roof and sidewall drilling; optimized cost design ensures higher cost-effectiveness than similar models.
• The diagonal brace on a single column allows flexible adjustment of height and tilt angle.
• Single-prop support is more suitable for drilling operations in narrow working spaces. The built-in high-strength spring device at the end of the support prop provides continuous supporting force, ensuring the overall stability of the machine.
