The ZLJ grouting drilling rig, when drilling at greater depths (over 50 meters), has a chip removal capacity superior to drilling rigs using pump suction or jet reverse circulation. Therefore, it is suitable for deep wells, arid regions with water scarcity, and permafrost layers in cold climates.

The main applications of the grouting drilling rig include grouting for reinforcement, grouting for borehole reinforcement, grouting treatment for highway subgrade settlement, lightweight high-pressure rotary jet grouting for railway subgrade reinforcement, specialized grouting machines for subgrade reinforcement, and building grouting.

PRODUCT DETAILS

1. Rotary assembly: Machined in one piece by a machining center to ensure coaxiality.
2. Semi-ring TQPEA-0015: Processed through multiple steps including straightening, quenching, surface grinding, and wire cutting, ensuring product reliability and interchangeability.
3. Gears: Meshing clearance guaranteed to be ≤10um.
4. Overflow valve, multi-way directional control valve, and throttle valve are all supplied by major domestic manufacturers.
5. Drill bit: Made of bearing steel, with a quenching hardness of over 60 Hrc, improving wear resistance and extending service life.
6. Hoses are supplied by brand manufacturers with coal mine safety standards.
7. The drilling rig chassis can be customized according to customer needs.
