Product Introduction

For deep well conditions (over 50 meters), the chip removal capacity of the YHZJ series grouting drilling rig is superior to that of rigs using pump suction or jet reverse circulation. It is therefore suitable for deep well operations, water-scarce arid areas, and frozen soil layers in frigid zones.

The main applications of this grouting drilling rig include grouting reinforcement, reinforcement drilling and grouting, settlement grouting reinforcement of highway subgrade, railway subgrade reinforcement, general subgrade reinforcement, and building grouting.

Scope of Application

Suitable for grouting holes, threading holes, foundation pile acoustic testing holes, and core drilling holes for projects including subways, airports, expressways, high-speed railways, building reinforcement, and ground survey.

Product Details

1. Rotator Assembly: The housing and parts are one-time formed by a machining center, with excellent part interchangeability.
2. Gears: Meshing clearance guaranteed to be ≤10um.
3. Relief valves, multi-way directional valves and throttle valves are all supplied by top domestic manufacturers.
4. Slip: Made of bearing steel, with a quenching hardness of over 60 HRC, for improved wear resistance and longer service life.
5. Hoses are supplied by well-known manufacturers with coal mine safety certification.
6. The rig chassis can be customized according to customer’s actual needs.
