Product Introduction

This series of hydraulic roof bolters is mainly used for drilling roof bolt holes and blast holes, with a rated distance of 20 m and a maximum distance of 40 m between the pump station and the main unit. It is applicable to mining scenarios with explosion-proof requirements where the roadway roof is supported by bolts and cables.

Product Features

• The hydraulic roof bolter is available in two specifications: one pump with one single unit, and one pump with dual units, which can be flexibly selected according to needs.
• In rock formations and hard coal seams, the drilling efficiency of this hydraulic roof bolter is three times that of ordinary pneumatic roof bolters, and its service life is more than twice as long.
• The power head is equipped with an advanced hydraulic motor, with a working pressure up to 20 MPa and an output torque exceeding 200 N·m.
• The unique structural design enables the thrust of the support leg to be adjusted steplessly within the range of 300-1250 kgf, ensuring the optimal matching between the rotation speed and thrust of the bolter.
• The leg cylinder and control arm are made of steel-fiberglass composite material, featuring light weight, excellent impact resistance and drop resistance.
• To improve the performance of the pump station, the dual-pump station is equipped with an air-cooled radiator, which ensures stable oil temperature under high-load operation, high working efficiency and low heat generation.
