Product Introduction

• The ZDY Series Crawler-mounted Fully Hydraulic Underground Drilling Rig for Coal Mines is a crawler self-propelled, low-speed, full-rotation hydraulic drilling rig. The main unit is mainly compatible with drilling tools including Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC) bits, carbide bits, and large-diameter roller cone bits for drilling operations. It can be widely used for gas detection, drainage & extraction, water detection & drainage, anchoring support, geological exploration and other drilling operations in coal mines, non-ferrous metal mines, hydropower construction, municipal engineering, nuclear industry, geological survey and national defense engineering fields.
• The complete drilling rig consists of four core components: main unit assembly, traveling mechanism, operation console, and power system.
• The rig features excellent passability and flexibility, adapting to slope climbing working conditions within ±20°. With a body width of only 0.9-1.2 m, it can travel and operate in roadways with a minimum width of 1.4 m.
• The main unit can realize rotary positioning within ±90° horizontally and ±90° vertically on the platform for all-directional drilling, and can be lifted and lowered by the lifting cylinder.
• It is a multi-purpose machine, capable of clamping and drilling with geological drill rods, tri-groove drill rods and wide-blade drill rods without replacing the kelly slips. The operation console adopts a centralized control design for easy operation.
